When to
lead, When to Follow:
"In order to lead, one must
first learn to follow" Julius Caesar 40 B.C.
This sentence makes sense but when
you start to put it into practice, by itself it doesn't
answer everything. So lets break it down.
TO Lead: Lots of people want
to lead, but being a leader is just one role. On a sceanario
team many roles are needed in order to full out a good working
roster. Also, being a leader has lots of responsibility.
Without practice it can be hard to stay on top of things.
No one will be there to tell you what is the right thing
to do, but some will be ready to tell you when your wrong.
One thing to ask yourself as a Leader is , who would you
want to follow you?
To Follow: The question to ask as
a follower is, Who would you want to lead you? What type
of leader would you want on your team?

About the School
Stared in 2009. Inspired by C.A.G.
(combat applications group) and the Spartans MilSim Scenario
Team ethic to share knowledge to other players, and train
together.
There are tons of information and
books, resources, etc that players can access. But just
like anything else (Karate, Basketball) skills only get
better through practice. Sure teams say they will practice,
some do, but some get caught up in just playing. Here at
the Spartan School of Paintball, you get to play and have
some class and evaluation sessions. Have you status tracked.
You get to advance your game and your status in the school.
The topics are vast and varried.. The school motto is "
you never stop learning". Even after one class, learning
and developing skills is a continued effort. Become a better
individual player, a better team player, a team captain,
A general of a scenario game, or a milsim player.
